Looking at these you would not have guessed that I spent the majority of my day fussing and trying to get mommy and grandma to only pay attention to me, and nothing else.

(I have to say though, that even when i am fussy I am a lot more peaceful than most other babies my age....Mommy agrees too)

10/27/08 My first doctor's appointment

I like the color yellow...can't you tell? Unfortunately the doctor does not quite agree, and he told me I had to try to sun-bathe it away. So here I am 'de-jaundifying' (that is my first big word!!)

Baby Expressions

My Birthday - October 21st 2008

Baby Madelen Elisabeth was born at Methodist Hospital in the Medical Center at 12:38pm on 10/21/2008. Even though Madelen decided to come 2 weeks before her official due date she still weighed almost 9 pounds and was 21inches long. (Mommy has to admit she was a little relieved that Madelen was ready to come now!)

As you can see, Madelen also got her mommy's sleeping gene...and both her parents are crossing their fingers that it will last :)
